Reasonable Rates?

This Southern California Campground offers such good rates that many choose to live here full-time. For a month, a space fee is $425 and includes water and trash pick up. Electricity is separately metered. Daily rates are $33, and weekly rates are $195. Many Southern Californian RV parks / campgrounds are charging $50 - $70 per night!

Each space is large [40 foot maximum RV permitted] so that every camper has some privacy. Hiking trails cover the 163 acre, Southern California Campground and wander through the trees, native scrub brush, manzanita trees, huge boulders and small hills. This Southern California Campground and Retreat is juxtaposed to a large amount of Public Land which is also yours to explore. The water, pumped from well tapping into deep underground aquefirs, is one of the purest and most delicious in Southern California. The air is pure, crisp and clear. The night skies are unbelievable with the blanket of stars that are infinite.

It is a quality of peacefulness, perhaps brought about by the sound of the wind through the leaves of the ancient, oak trees.
